ejemplos concretos, ejercicios simples, an\u00e1lisis de situaciones reales y pr\u00e1cticas que funcionan.<br>El objetivo es que cada participante pueda entender su propio estilo emocional, en diferentes perfiles neurodivergentes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconocer gatillos, ciclos emocionales y se\u00f1ales de sobrecarga.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporar herramientas de regulaci\u00f3n emocional sin infantilizar ni patologizar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Construir estrategias de autocuidado adaptadas a cada estilo cognitivo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mejorar la comunicaci\u00f3n emocional en v\u00ednculos familiares, educativos y sociales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrar pr\u00e1cticas basadas en evidencia desde la psicopedagog\u00eda, neurociencia y educaci\u00f3n socioemocional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3
